The people behind Te Weka.
Te Weka is led by Andy Coltart, the creative force behind its vision, landscape and site design, alongside his son Will, who oversees its delivery.
With a background in architecture and property development, Andy is best known for Black Barn Vineyards, along with a portfolio of luxury retreats and landmark projects throughout the Tuki Tuki Valley. His long-standing connection to the land is reflected in every aspect of Te Weka, from the placement of each lot to the thousands of trees he has personally planted across the estate.
As development manager, Will is responsible for bringing that vision to life. He has led the design and construction of the roading, platforms, services and trail network, and manages the day-to-day delivery of the estate, drawing on experience from projects including Euchre Farm and East Road.
