There are 37 Lots in Te Weka, with a range of heights, views, and aspects.
The remaining 112 hectres (the vast majority of the Estate land) will always remain as common land.
Stage One covers Lot 8, 9, 10, 12, & 14 (sold), and still available Lots 11, 13, & 37. Titles are expected late 2025. The Lots are all 2,500m2.

Common Area Costs. Lot 37 will have a share in the common land company (CLC). The size of this shareholding will be the same as other Lot owners, approximately 1/37th. Common land costs are estimated to be $12,000 excl. GST per annum. This excludes water which is charged on a usage basis.
